Building Fire Response in Montgomery Township

At 18:31 Montgomery County Emergency Communications Center transmitted the 1st alarm assignment to the 500 block of Stump Road in Montgomery Township. Battalion 18 arrived at a reported trash fire, and upgraded the assignment due to the potential extension into the adjacent structure. Quint 15 (McCarthy) responded at dispatch. Quint 15 arrived as the first due aerial, and was assigned to the roof by command. Quint 15 made access to the roof to check for signs of fire extension, of which none were found. Command scaled back the assignment, and Quint 15 was released shortly thereafter.
